Refund policy

1. Order Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you realize you've entered an incorrect address within 30 minutes of placing your order, please contact us immediately at finetoys.hobbies@gmail.com. We will do our best to intercept and correct it. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer will be eligible for a refund of the product cost, less the original and return shipping fees. Alternatively, you may pay for the package to be re-shipped to the correct address.

2. Delivery Issues & Theft
All orders are shipped with tracking. Upon delivery, the responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. We strongly recommend selecting "Card for Pickup" at your local post office during checkout if you are concerned about porch piracy.
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with your household members and neighbors. If it is still missing, please contact us within 3 business days of the marked delivery date. We will gladly open a investigation with the shipping carrier on your behalf to help locate the package.

3. Product Condition & Collector's Items
We understand that condition is paramount for collectors. We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely.

Sealed Products (TCG, Blind Boxes, etc.): Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final once shipped. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for sealed products based on the randomized outcome inside or for minor manufacturing imperfections in the external seal or wrap (such as small tears, scuffs, or seam separations that are common from the factory).

Damaged in Transit: If your product arrives with significant damage caused during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and the packaging. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a solution, which may include a partial refund or replacement (if available).

4. Returns & Refunds (Eligible Items)
We accept returns for a refund of the product price on unopened, non-final sale items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

5. Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

All Trading Card Game sealed products (booster packs, boxes, etc.).
Pokémon TCG products are Final Sale except in cases of shipping damage or incorrect items received. Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

All Sports Card products

All clearance items

All randomized items (blind boxes, mystery bundles, etc.)

Any product that has been opened or removed from its original packaging.
