Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order, a subscription or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Pre-Order Policy (Including PTCG-Specific Guidelines)
1. What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is an order for a product (including Pokémon Trading Card Game (PTCG) items like booster boxes, theme decks, or special sets) placed in advance of its official release date. It allows you to reserve items that are out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available. Pre-order windows and estimated ship timelines vary by product (clearly stated on each product page). For PTCG, pre-orders help secure popular sets that often sell out quickly.
2. Payment for Pre-Orders
All pre-order orders (including PTCG products) are charged in full at the time of checkout. Payment is not processed at shipping.
3. Cancellation of Pre-Orders
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the week of the product's release date.
A 10% processing fee (to cover payment processor charges) will be deducted from full refunds.
Exception: Fulfilled orders can't be canceled, but full/partial refunds may be requested per our Returns Policy.
Cancellations due to delays or production issues may still incur a 10% processing fee (based on total order value). Orders suspected of resale/speculation (e.g., bulk PTCG booster box orders) may face quantity reduction and discretionary 10% fees.
4. Shipping of Pre-Orders
Combined Shipments: All items (in-stock + pre-order, including PTCG accessories/boosters) ship together once the pre-order item is available (to reduce environmental impact).

A flat rate shipping fee applies to each shipment, with additional charges if free shipping thresholds aren't met.
PTCG pre-order orders are held until all items are available, ensuring delivery near the official release date.
5. Expected Release Dates
Pre-order items (including PTCG sets) list an ''Expected Release Date" in their description. These are estimates and may change due to production, shipping, or unforeseen issues. A PTCG product is released once ''Pre-Order'' is removed from its name.
PTCG release dates align with global distribution schedules and may vary by region due to international shipping or manufacturing timelines.
6. Pre-Order Price Protection
Price Reductions: If we lower a pre-order product's price (including PTCG items) before release, you'll receive the difference as a digital gift card (redeemable online/in-store).
Price Increases: Your cost remains unchanged if prices rise. In rare cases of significant distribution-level increases, you' ll be contacted to choose between paying the difference or a full refund.
7. PTCG Quantity & Fair Access Policy
To ensure all collectors can access products, PTCG pre-orders may have per-customer quantity limits (e.g., 2 booster boxes per customer for high-demand sets). Orders exceeding limits or suspected of resale may have quantities reduced, with a discretionary 10% processing fee.
8. Stay Updated on PTCG Releases
For PTCG release updates, delays, or policy changes, follow us . We' ll notify you of any changes to pre-order schedules or availability.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
