Collection: Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet—Black Bolt and White Flare

The Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet—Black Bolt and Scarlet & Violet—White Flare are a special dual expansion that celebrates the iconic Unova region (Generation V). Unlike a standard set, these two collections were released together and contain every single one of the 156 Pokémon first discovered in Unova. Each Pokémon is featured with a stunning Illustration Rare or Special Illustration Rare card, making this set a must-have for collectors and fans of the Unova region.

These sets were released on July 18, 2025, and were not sold in traditional Booster Boxes. The chase is on for a new type of rarity, the unique monochrome "Black and White Rare" cards of Zekrom ex, Reshiram ex, and Victini.

The Black Bolt Expansion

The Black Bolt expansion focuses on the Legendary Pokémon Zekrom ex and is themed around the darker, edgier Pokémon of the Unova region.

The White Flare Expansion

The White Flare expansion is centered on the Legendary Pokémon Reshiram ex and features a collection of fiery and elegant Pokémon from Unova.
